The Insurance Professionals of Collier County and Insurance Education Corporation are pleased to be offering a brand new CPIA Update class on Thursday, April 23rd, from 8:30am to 4:30pm in Naples, Florida. The Advanced Personal Lines Risk Analysis for E&O Loss Prevention seminar will combine two distinct topics to enhance the professionalism of today’s insurance agent. E&O Loss Prevention will discuss the CSR/Agent’s legal responsibility to apply effective loss prevention techniques to insurance consumers. Using a questionnaire for exposure identification, participants will be introduced to the importance of consistently completing an exposure identification questionnaire for improved customer service and E&O loss prevention. This seminar provides 7 credit hours of Intermediate CE course-offering #68026 (Agents P&C). Class will be held at:
