*2010 FLORIDA COUNCIL BYLAWS RECOMMENDATIONS*

 Dear IPOGO Members;

This attachment contains the recommended ByLaws changes to be presented, discussed and more than likely voted on at the 2010 Florida Council meeting in September.  Please review the attachment in it's entirety and let me know if you have any questions or comments. As your delegate  and alternate Karen Ramsey and I will be representing you, the members, when these changes are proposed. There may be something in this proposal that you feel strongly for or against.  Please send me an e-mail on any concerns.  You can reach me at insurancegirl51@hotmail.com .  You are also welcome to attend the next Board Meeting where this will also be discussed.

To the Board Members, please remember that due to the Labor Day holiday, we have changed the September meeting to Thursday 9/2/10.  I would like the board to review these recommendations and come prepared to discuss how the association wants these to be  voted on.  Please plan to attend this meeting so we have a Quorum.
