With guest speaker Beth Ward from Crump Insurance Services

Beth Ward has been in HR for 20 years in various industries and sizes of companies. She worked in the retail, airline catering, insurance, financial services and entertainment industries, and most recently worked with an animation studio in Dallas, Texas. She has worked in large matrix organizations as head of a 10 person HR team as well as for a 200 employee company as a one-woman HR department. Beth chose HR as a career as she has a passion for helping business understand and improve on the link between people, practices and the bottom line. Bethe currently lives in Lantana, Texas with her husband who teaches high school and 2 children, ages 7 and 9.
